About Me:

My work isn’t about chasing frameworks or building AI for its own sake. It’s about leading in a field that’s evolving faster than most people can see — and using my voice to shape how the next era of retail will think, operate, and care.

Retail is entering a decade defined by intelligent systems, volatile consumer behavior, and pressure across every part of the value chain. In a landscape like that, leadership can’t be performative. It has to be clear. It has to be emotionally intelligent. It has to understand the architecture of a full system and still know what actually matters.

That’s the philosophy behind how I work.

I build tools, methods, and ways of thinking that strengthen human judgment. I want emerging leaders — and the people I mentor and collaborate with — to understand how a retail engine really behaves, how signals turn into decisions, and how to design solutions with durability.
