My work isn’t about chasing frameworks or building AI for its own sake. It’s about leading in a field that’s changing faster than most people realize — and using my voice to shape how the next era of retail will think, operate, and care.
Retail is entering a decade defined by intelligent systems, volatile consumer behavior, and pressure across every layer of the value chain. In this environment, leadership can’t be performative. It requires clarity, emotional intelligence, and the ability to look at a full system and know what truly matters.
