Here’s a version that keeps the blade, names Nazis as the historical mechanism, and names the modern machinery, without naming any current politician.

Tyranny rarely arrives as a coup, it arrives as a workflow.

The 1930s were the Nazis, not a metaphor. They did not begin with camps. They began by teaching the public that some people did not belong, then building administration to make that belief actionable: files, lists, IDs, and neighbors trained to report. Hate, turned procedural.

That pattern is back, because the pattern is useful. AI is the modern upgrade. Not because it “decides” your fate, but because it accelerates the pipeline: prioritization, field identification, detention logistics, transfer, disappearance behind process.

This is a briefing on state violence, operationalized by AI.
